This is called “bruxism,” and it can really hurt your teeth -- and leave your mouth sore. Ask us about creating a custom bite splint to prevent you from doing further harm to your smile.

Sports guards: If you play sports, it’s essential to be wearing a sports guard. Your teeth need to be protected from crashing together or being struck, and we can create a custom sports guard that provides the cushioning and protection they need.
